Crestline Investors has expanded its partnership with Credent Wealth Management with an additional $150 million commitment to support the firm’s continued expansion and acquisition efforts. Credent, founded in 2018 and headquartered in Indiana, operates as a fee-only Registered Investment Advisor and manages more than four billion dollars in assets.
Crestline noted that Credent has shown strong operational execution and a disciplined approach to growth in an industry experiencing significant change. The new commitment is intended to provide Credent with enhanced capacity to support advisors, accelerate its national reach, and further invest in its people and service capabilities.
Credent plans to continue building on its rapid growth, which has included organic expansion and more than thirteen strategic acquisitions. The firm said that Crestline’s renewed backing enables it to preserve independence while expanding its footprint and advancing its client-centric approach to wealth management.
Crestline Investors, founded in 1997 and based in Fort Worth, with additional offices in London, New York, Tokyo, and Toronto, manages approximately $18 billion in credit assets across its capital solutions, direct lending, and portfolio finance platforms.
