Crestline Raises $625 Million European Capital Solutions Fund II As 35% Of Capital Is Already Committed

Crestline Management has closed its second European Capital Solutions Fund with $625 million in commitments, approximately 75% more than its predecessor.

The fund attracted both existing and new investors, including public and private pension plans, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, and other institutional investors.

European Capital Solutions Fund II provides tailored financing ranging from senior debt through structured equity for asset-backed and lower-middle-market businesses across Northern and Western Europe.

Crestline targets investments supported by tangible collateral across real estate, infrastructure and transportation as well as less traditional assets such as music royalties and litigation finance.

The strategy also targets asset-heavy, entrepreneur-led and family-owned businesses seeking transitional capital.

Crestline has used its European Capital Solutions strategy since 2015.

Senior members of the investment team have worked together for more than 20 years and have deployed approximately $2 billion across 45 European transactions.

Fund II launched in 2025 and had already committed approximately 35% of its capital by the second quarter of 2026.

The fund has also completed a significant realization.

Crestline manages approximately $18 billion of credit assets across capital solutions, direct lending, and portfolio finance and operates as part of Rithm Capital.
