Criteo: Edouard Dinichert Named As Chief Customer Officer

Global commerce media platform Criteo has announced the appointment of Edouard Dinichert as Chief Customer Officer, effective December 1, 2025. Based in New York City, Dinichert will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Michael Komasinski and oversee global sales and operations for Criteo’s Performance Media business.

In his new role, Dinichert will focus on advancing commercial excellence, scaling customer success initiatives, and driving the next phase of growth for Criteo’s performance-led advertising platform. His appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on expanding its influence across the global commerce ecosystem while leveraging AI and data innovation to deliver measurable performance for brands, agencies, retailers, and media partners.

Dinichert brings over two decades of global leadership experience in advertising and digital media. He joins Criteo after serving as Chief Revenue Officer at TripleLift, where he helped lead the company’s creative supply-side platform (SSP) across retail media, connected TV (CTV), and data-driven curation. During his tenure, he was also part of the three-member Office of the CEO from July 2024 to January 2025.

Before TripleLift, Dinichert spent more than ten years at Amazon, where he played a key role in launching Amazon Advertising in France and later led the global Ad Tech Sales & Services organization. His responsibilities included driving adoption of Amazon DSP, Amazon Ad Server (formerly Sizmek), and Amazon Marketing Cloud, while collaborating with AWS and other business units to advance privacy-aware, API-driven advertising technologies.
