Schwartzreich’s background includes experience as both a defense lawyer and a former plaintiff-side class action litigator. The firm said that perspective will support clients across motions practice, hearings, trial preparation and the resolution of discovery disputes before courts and special masters.
She will also advise clients on litigation readiness, the discoverability of emerging data sources and the defensible use of artificial intelligence in discovery.
Schwartzreich joins Crowell from Littler Mendelson, where she was a shareholder and eDiscovery counsel.
She serves on the Advisory Board of the Georgetown Law Advanced eDiscovery Institute and is a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group Series Leadership Council.
