CRScube: Acquisition Of Mednet Completed To Strengthen Global eClinical Platform

By Amit Chowdhry • Nov 18, 2025

CRScube has finalized its acquisition of Mednet in a move that significantly expands the company’s global eClinical footprint and accelerates its presence in the North American market. The deal brings together two long-established technology providers known for serving sponsors and contract research organizations across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices.

CRScube, recognized as Korea’s leading eClinical solutions provider with more than 6,000 supported trials worldwide, has built its reputation on delivering high-satisfaction electronic data capture systems. Mednet, founded and headquartered in the United States, brings more than two decades of experience and a platform that has supported over 100 FDA approvals. Together, the companies will offer a broader, more connected suite of Software-as-a-Service tools spanning electronic data capture, clinical trial management, trial supply management, patient-reported outcomes, and electronic trial master file functionality.

The combined portfolio is positioned to meet rising industry demand for scalable, flexible technology that supports increasingly complex global studies. By uniting CRScube’s leadership across Asia with Mednet’s established relationships and operational depth in North America, the new organization aims to deliver a unified and locally informed approach to eClinical innovation.

The companies will work toward operational alignment and integration in the coming months. Both CRScube and Mednet will continue serving their current customers without interruption while laying the groundwork for expanded capabilities. The acquisition is framed as an opportunity to pair scale with service and to deliver technology that improves the design, execution, and management of clinical research.
