Could you tell me more about your background? Brown said:

“I’ve always been an explorer, moving between physics, technology, healthcare, and storytelling. I helped pioneer remote patient monitoring and shape Medicare policy, then left tech to make films about art, science, and culture. Later, I returned to AI to build tools for education, but after being diagnosed with a rare blood cancer, the work became personal. It brought everything full circle and led me to build CureWise, a way for patients to see their own medical reality with clarity and agency.”

How did the idea for the company come together? Brown shared:

“CureWise came together while I was trying to understand my own illness. From my hospital bed, I adapted the agentic AI concepts I had been developing, chain of debate and multi-agent analysis, to examine my medical data. The results were striking. The AI recognized patterns my doctors had overlooked. It already knew the science, but it needed a way to apply that knowledge to an individual case. I realized that was the missing link in medicine: translating collective intelligence into personal insight. Solving that became the foundation for CureWise.”

What has been your favorite memory working for the company so far? Brown reflected:

“One moment made that clear. Lisa, a metastatic breast cancer survivor, told me she got a better answer from our AI tumor board in one day than from three major hospital systems over eighteen months. She had done everything right, yet still needed a tool that could hold the complexity no single doctor could. Watching her use CureWise not to replace her care team but to work with them more effectively was when I realized this wasn’t just for me. It could help millions of others find the clarity they deserve.”

“CureWise is a suite of AI tools that helps patients manage complex medical situations. Patients can upload their real data and see it analyzed from multiple medical perspectives, each agent contributing its view like members of a virtual care team. Have you faced any challenges in your sector of work recently? Brown acknowledged:

“The first version of CureWise was built for me, and it worked remarkably well. It helped me see patterns my doctors missed and guided me toward treatments that fit my unique case. The real challenge now is turning that success into something anyone can use. I am a technologist, but most patients are not, and they should not need to be. Our goal is to make CureWise clear, safe, and effortless, so that what began as a personal tool can help millions of people manage complex care with confidence.”

How has the company’s technology evolved since launching? Brown noted:

“CureWise has advanced rapidly since its first version. We have expanded the number and specialization of agents, added smart clinical trial search and automatic qualification, and strengthened the platform’s security and reliability. A major focus now is automating the ingestion of medical records so patients can get started instantly without technical friction. Each improvement makes the system more powerful, more seamless, and more capable of supporting people through the most complex medical decisions of their lives.”

What have been some of the company’s most significant milestones? Brown cited:

“Our milestones trace the path from a personal breakthrough to a shared mission. The first came when CureWise helped guide my own treatment plan, leading to a complete response and proving its potential in practice. The next was seeing others use it to uncover new treatment options and discuss them more effectively with their doctors. From there, we built a world-class team of clinicians and technologists to grow the platform. Most recently, we raised seed funding to expand access and continue refining the system. Each step has brought CureWise closer to making precision care truly personal and widely available.”

Can you share any specific customer success stories? Brown highlighted:

“Lisa Booth, a metastatic breast cancer patient, used CureWise with her oncologist to analyze her data and discovered a clinical trial that had not been identified before. The system helped her understand why it might be a good fit and how it compared with her existing options. She brought those insights into the discussion with her care team, and together they made an informed decision. That is what CureWise is built to do, helping patients and doctors think together and find clarity in complex situations.”

Are you able to discuss funding and/or revenue metrics? Brown revealed:

“CureWise is currently in private beta with a growing waitlist and is preparing for a national launch in early 2026. We have received strong interest from investors who share our mission, but we are moving carefully. Our focus remains on safety, trust, and meaningful results rather than speed. This is not a short-term play. It is the foundation for the future of personalized medicine.”

What total addressable market (TAM) size is the company pursuing? Brown assessed:

“In the United States, about two million people are diagnosed with cancer each year, each facing a uniquely complex disease. CureWise serves them directly. Our focus is on giving patients and their families clarity, confidence, and access to personalized insight that is affordable. While there are future opportunities to collaborate with diagnostics, pharma, and health systems, our commitment is and will always be to the patient first. The real measure of our market is not dollars, it is the number of people who finally feel seen and supported in their care.”

Differentiation From The Competition

What differentiates the company from its competition? Brown affirmed:

“Most AI in medicine is built for doctors, pharma, or insurance. CureWise is built for patients, by patients. We have innovated at the frontiers of AI, creating methods like chain-of-debate reasoning and multi-agent collaboration that bring diverse medical perspectives together to help people understand their options with confidence. But the real differentiator is trust. We are in this to accelerate cures for cancer by making precision medicine accessible to everyone, always putting patients first.”

Future Company Goals

What are some of the company’s future goals? Brown emphasized:

“Our goals build on what we have already proven and expand the impact. First, we aim to serve thousands of patients and make a measurable difference in their lives by helping them understand their options and work more effectively with their doctors. Second, we are strengthening our relationships across the healthcare ecosystem, bridging diagnostics, therapeutics, and providers in service of the patient. Third, and most important, we are using what we learn from real people and real needs to harness AI for accelerating cures. That means ever more precise genomics and molecular profiling matched to the best treatment options, while helping patients balance those choices with immune health and lifestyle factors.”

“Yes. The goal has always been to help cure cancer.
