Curi Capital has secured a strategic investment from The Vistria Group as the registered investment adviser looks to accelerate technology investment, hiring, client-service development, and acquisitions.
Curi Capital has more than $14 billion in assets under advisement, and Vistria will become an ownership partner alongside the firm’s employee owners and existing shareholders, Curi Holdings and Wealth Partners Capital Group. The transaction is expected to close in late September 2026.
The investment will support technology enhancements aimed at improving efficiency, analytics and client engagement.
Curi Capital also plans to invest in talent acquisition and development while expanding personalized financial planning and investment management capabilities.
M&A will represent another significant part of the strategy.
The firm expects to acquire additional RIAs to increase density within existing markets and enter new geographies.
Wealth Partners Capital Group will continue playing a leadership role in the acquisition strategy through its industry relationships, sourcing capabilities and M&A expertise.
