Cushman & Wakefield announced that Josh Cullen and Gordon Marsden have been appointed to senior leadership roles within the firm’s Global Capital Markets platform.
The appointments became effective June 1 and are intended to strengthen Cushman & Wakefield’s investor relationships and accelerate cross-border capital growth across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and other global markets.
Josh Cullen has been appointed Head of Capital Markets, Asia Pacific. Based in Sydney, Australia, Cullen brings more than 20 years of real estate experience, including more than eight years with Cushman & Wakefield.
During his time with the firm, Cullen has played a key role in expanding Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets presence across Australia and the broader Asia Pacific region.
In his new role, Cullen will focus on deepening relationships with major institutional investors and improving regional connectivity to support revenue growth. He will also lead efforts to increase market share by ensuring strong participation in major investment sales and recapitalization opportunities across Asia Pacific.
Gordon Marsden has assumed the role of Head of Global Capital, APAC & EMEA. Marsden brings more than 25 years of real estate experience across strategic advisory, investor relations, capital raising, and brokerage.
In this role, Marsden will focus on strengthening engagement with major global institutional investors. He will work closely with in-country teams, cross-border desks, and strategic accounts to grow wallet share from top-tier clients.
Marsden will also continue advancing the firm’s global capital intelligence capabilities. This includes leveraging tools such as the Global Capital Markets Console to support brokerage and advisory teams around the world.
