Cvent has completed its acquisition of ON24, expanding its end-to-end event management platform with enterprise-grade webinar technology and AI-driven engagement capabilities.

The deal strengthens Cvent’s strategy to unify in-person, virtual, hybrid, and webinar experiences into a single connected platform. By integrating ON24’s digital engagement tools, the combined company aims to help B2B marketers deliver more cohesive audience experiences while generating actionable first-party data to drive pipeline and revenue.

The acquisition supports Cvent’s broader vision of a Total Event Program, enabling organizations to manage all event formats in one system.
