Cyberhill Partners: $11 Million Raised To Scale Enterprise AI Factory

Cyberhill Partners has secured up to $11 million in strategic investment from Baleon Capital to accelerate the expansion of its enterprise AI Factory platform, according to an official company announcement.

Based in Austin, Texas, Cyberhill Partners delivers enterprise AI solutions to Fortune 500 companies and U.S. government agencies. The new funding will support the company’s efforts to scale its go-to-market operations, expand engineering and delivery teams, and accelerate development of its pre-built AI solutions.

The company positions its AI Factory as a faster, lower-cost alternative to traditional enterprise AI deployments, which often take years and require significant investment. Cyberhill’s approach focuses on delivering production-ready AI systems in weeks, with built-in security, governance, and traceability designed for complex enterprise environments.

The announcement highlights a broader industry challenge, where enterprise AI spending is expected to exceed $3 trillion by 2027, according to Gartner, yet a large majority of projects fail to reach production, as noted by MIT. Cyberhill aims to address this gap with what it describes as “enterprise AI-in-a-box,” combining pre-configured architectures with advanced capabilities such as automated ontologies and knowledge graphs.

Cyberhill Partners brings experience from more than 1,000 enterprise software implementations and over a decade of AI work within U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community environments. The company is now applying that expertise to commercial enterprises seeking faster and lower-risk AI adoption.

Baleon Capital, which focuses on early-growth healthcare and B2B technology companies, will provide both capital and operational support to help scale Cyberhill’s platform and market reach.

KEY QUOTES:

“Enterprises don’t need more AI tools. They need AI that actually works in their environment, with their data, under their security requirements. That’s exactly what we built. This investment lets us bring it to more organizations, faster.”

Rob Buller, Founder And CEO, Cyberhill Partners

“Most AI vendors sell tools. Cyberhill delivers results. Context is everything, models are commodities, but proprietary data architectures and domain-specific ontologies are the moat. Cyberhill’s embedded AI solutions prove it works in the most demanding environments. Speed to value, not speed to pilot. That’s the difference.”
