Cycurion has secured a $54.6 million, 10-year contract through its partnership with a top-five global consulting firm, representing the largest contract award in the cybersecurity company’s history.
The engagement will support the modernization and secure operation of a major health and human services system for a state government agency. Work is expected to begin in November 2026, with annual revenue projected to exceed $5 million.
Cycurion said the contract adds a long-term recurring revenue source to its public-sector portfolio and advances its strategy of prioritizing higher-margin government engagements.
The project could also position Cycurion to pursue additional work connected to the state’s broader health and human services modernization program and its expanding relationship with the unnamed consulting partner.
The award follows Cycurion’s efforts to improve its financial performance by winding down lower-margin legacy contracts and focusing on recurring public-sector work.
In the first quarter of 2026, the company’s gross margin increased to 21.1% from 17.5% during the prior-year period. Its net loss narrowed to $2.1 million from $5.1 million in the preceding quarter.
Cycurion also implemented an organizational realignment expected to generate more than $2.2 million in annual savings.
The engagement will draw on the company’s experience modernizing and securing government systems, including capabilities added through its June 2026 acquisition of Secuvant.
That acquisition added Secuvant’s Panoptic threat and vulnerability visibility platform and Cyber7 framework to Cycurion’s technology portfolio. The products support continuous monitoring, risk prioritization, and managed detection and response services alongside Cycurion’s existing ARx cybersecurity platform.
