Daffy surpassed $2 billion in charitable assets five years after the donor-advised fund platform launched publicly. The milestone represents substantial growth from more than $720 million in charitable assets entering 2026 and $334 million at the end of 2024.
Members contributed more than $800 million to Daffy funds during the first nine months of 2026.
The remainder of the increase came from appreciation in contributed assets, including private and restricted company shares, and investment gains within Daffy portfolios.
Stock contributions have been a major driver of the platform’s growth.
Through August 2026, members contributed more than $675 million in stock, more than twice the amount contributed during all of 2025.
Private and restricted company stock accounted for more than $600 million, approximately four times the total from 2025.
Charitable distributions have also accelerated.
Daffy members recommended more than $125 million in donations to charities during 2025.
Donation recommendations have already exceeded $350 million in 2026, representing approximately 2.8 times the total for the prior year.
Public stock contributions during 2026 ranged up to more than $4 million, with a median contribution of approximately $3,200.
Private and restricted stock contributions ranged from approximately $3,000 to more than $5 million.
Daffy now ranks among the 10 largest donor-advised fund providers in the U.S. out of more than 1,400 providers.
The platform has distributed more than $500 million to over 20,000 charities.
