The company specializes in sourcing and distributing high-temperature alloys—including titanium, nickel, and aluminum—and offers value-added services like heat treatments, bar cutting, and certification, making it a vital supplier in the aerospace and defense ecosystem.
Following the acquisition, B&S will retain its name and leadership team, ensuring continuity for customers and partners. Dallas Opportunity Partners plans to immediately modernize the company’s digital infrastructure and expand its sales footprint across strategic aerospace markets to meet growing demand.
