Dash0: $110 Million Series B At $1 Billion Valuation Raised For AI Observability Platform Expansion

Dash0 announced it has raised $110 million in Series B funding at a $1 billion valuation, as the company accelerates its push to build an AI-powered observability platform designed to autonomously manage production systems. The round was led by Balderton Capital, with participation from DTCP Growth, Accel, Cherry Ventures, DIG Ventures, and strategic partners July Fund and T.Capital. The financing brings Dash0’s total funding to $155 million and establishes it as a unicorn in enterprise infrastructure.

Founded in 2023, Dash0 provides an agentic observability platform built natively on OpenTelemetry. The platform enables engineering teams to ingest, correlate, and act on telemetry data across any stack without vendor lock-in, proprietary agents, or unpredictable pricing. Its core product, Agent0, uses AI agents to monitor systems, diagnose issues, and resolve production incidents autonomously, shifting observability from passive monitoring to active operational intelligence.

The company says modern engineering environments have become too complex for traditional observability tools, as increasing system scale and the rise of AI-driven workflows generate more signals and alerts than human teams can manage efficiently. Dash0’s approach centers on open standards and automation, aiming to replace manual incident response with autonomous systems capable of taking corrective action in real time.

Dash0 has grown to more than 600 customers globally, including organizations such as Zalando, Taco Bell, and The Telegraph, and is targeting further expansion in the U.S. market while continuing to build out its AI agent capabilities. The company also plans to invest in product development, expand its go-to-market efforts, and pursue strategic acquisitions in areas such as AI SRE, agent observability, and AI-driven security.

KEY QUOTES:

“We built Dash0 on a conviction that the next generation of production infrastructure couldn’t be held hostage by proprietary data formats and runaway pricing. OpenTelemetry changed the rules, meaning your data belongs to you. Now, with Agent0, we’re taking the next leap: turning that data into action. The $110 million we’re announcing today is how we bring autonomous operations to every engineering team in the world, before our competitors even understand what’s happening to them.”

Mirko Novakovic, CEO And Co-Founder, Dash0

“Dash0 built the infrastructure layer that every AI-driven company will depend on. Mirko and the team combine deep technical credibility with a genuinely differentiated approach. We believe Dash0 will define the next era of production operations.”

Rana Yared, Partner, Balderton Capital

“We’ve watched Dash0 execute with rare precision since day one. Tripling down on this team isn’t a difficult decision; it’s an obvious one. The shift from passive observability to autonomous production operations is one of the defining infrastructure transitions of this decade, and Dash0 is leading it.”
