Ankush Dham, Chief Executive Officer

When asked about his background, Dham shared:

I’m an experienced leader in enterprise technology, having held key roles at Flex (cloud solutions), Virtual Power Systems and ISGN Corporation before co-founding Dataknox Solutions.

I have helped scale companies from early-stage to $100M+ in revenue, and have deep expertise across strategy, operations and go-to-market execution.

I enjoy working with innovative, high-growth companies to drive measurable impact across functions, and our world-class network of partners continues this at Dataknox Solutions.

How Dataknox Solutions Started

When asked how the idea for Dataknox Solutions came together, Dham explained:

In my prior roles, I noticed a gap in the market and set out to fill it: full lifecycle support for enterprise IT, from procurement to sustainable value recovery and decommissioning.

I began brainstorming a model that would become Dataknox Solutions, founded the company in late 2019 and fully committed to running Dataknox in summer 2020.

From there, we scaled by building an incredible global team with a commitment to excellence, expertise and exceptional service.

As the biggest companies in this space continue to consolidate, we provide enterprises with the scale and capabilities they need, paired with the agility, accountability and independence they often lose elsewhere.

Favorite Memory

When asked about his favorite memory working for the company so far, Dham said:

It’s hard to choose one favorite, but our first truly global customer infrastructure rollout stands out as a defining moment.

While we completed several large-scale regional rollouts in year one, the team came together in year two to deliver for one of our biggest customers across multiple geographies, in the backdrop of a global pandemic.

It validated the global footprint and platform we had built, showcased what our team was capable of and helped position us for the growing worldwide demand for AI compute and the many global customer deployments that followed.

When asked about Dataknox Solutions’ core products and features, Dham detailed:

A trusted MSP, Dataknox delivers full-lifecycle IT solutions, sourcing technology and providing SLA-based hardware support and sustainable asset disposition, tailored to meet each client’s specific infrastructure needs.

Whether clients need complete lifecycle support or help with a single function, Dataknox adapts its flexible, end-to-end approach to fit each unique situation, from design and procurement services that empower fresh builds, refreshes and upgrades to secure and sustainable asset disposition and a wide variety of SLA-based support and cloud services.

Dataknox is an elite-level partner with many of the world’s top technology brands, including NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, Dell, Google Cloud, Lenovo, HPE and others.

Through Dataknox’s single-interface asset management portal, Waypoint ERP, customers get the transparency and automation they need to breeze through compliance audits and manage their jobs, assets and documents through high-level dashboards with drill-down capabilities, detailed data tables and easy-to-use reporting tools.

The portal integrates with Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce and other major platforms and produces a wide range of useful reports, including corporate social responsibility reports that detail carbon credits, mitigation of lead pollution and other environmental impact metrics.

Navigating AI Infrastructure Constraints

When asked about recent challenges in the sector and how Dataknox has addressed them, Dham explained:

One of the biggest recent challenges has been navigating global hardware constraints driven by surging AI infrastructure demand, longer lead times and unpredictable pricing.

We’ve addressed that by staying flexible, expanding sourcing channels, helping customers extend existing infrastructure lifecycles and building tailored strategies that combine procurement, refurbishment, rental and hybrid cloud options to keep projects moving.

How The Technology Has Evolved

When asked how Dataknox’s technology has evolved since launching, Dham said:

The pandemic took place during our first year, but we shifted gears effectively and built our global team from the ground up with remote in mind.

As AI compute infrastructure demands continue to grow, Dataknox continues to refine the tools and methods used to optimize testing and deployment times.

Key Company Milestones

When asked about some of Dataknox’s most significant milestones, Dham highlighted:

Dataknox now supports more than 100,000 servers in the field with 24/7 same-day and next-day SLA in 30+ countries, supported by more than 250 dedicated field technicians, parts management, forward stocking locations (FSLs) and ticket management, making us a trusted partner globally for third-party maintenance (TPM).

Each month, Dataknox processes more than 55,000 assets, redeploys 3,000 devices and shreds 10,000 hard disc drives; it has diverted more than 2 million pounds of e-waste from landfills on behalf of its clients.

Dataknox was recently named one of Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies for 2025, ranking #9 overall among independent companies in the region.

Customer Success Story

When asked to share a specific customer success story, Dham said:

Dataknox Solutions serves a wide range of customers, from large global enterprises to scrappy AI startups.

Comnet, a fast-growing tech company based in New Mexico, has appreciated our unique approach so much that they’ve referred several new customers to Dataknox.

Thanks to the mutual trust and respect we’ve built together, Dataknox now helps a burgeoning tech community in New Mexico meet demand for its technology-driven products.

Growth Metrics

When asked about funding and revenue metrics, Dham revealed:

Dataknox has achieved a 63% growth rate in recent years, and 400% growth since inception in 2020.

With our world-class partners, the massive growth in demand for AI and accompanying computing power, both on-premise and cloud, and a growing reputation of trust among global enterprise customers, Dataknox is strongly positioned for continued growth through 2026 and beyond.

Total Addressable Market

When asked about the total addressable market Dataknox is pursuing, Dham explained:

Regardless of who you ask, the size of this market is massive, but we focus less on headline TAM figures and more on the substantial real-world demand across enterprise infrastructure lifecycle services.

Organizations globally need help sourcing hardware, extending asset life, securely decommissioning equipment, supporting installed environments and deploying new compute capacity.

Those needs make up a large and growing market, and we focus on capturing the right opportunities where our expertise and agility create measurable value.

Competitive Differentiation

When asked what differentiates Dataknox from its competition, Dham said:

Where other companies focus primarily on a single aspect of the IT lifecycle, Dataknox provides a full lifecycle solution for enterprise IT.

From sourcing technology and providing SLA-based hardware support to secure IT asset disposition, Dataknox delivers scalable solutions through a single, sustainability-focused platform.

Our Silicon Valley headquarters was chosen strategically to nurture partnerships with leading equipment manufacturers like NVIDIA, Intel, AMD and many others that deliver incredible value and opportunity for their clients.

Close proximity to the world’s leading hardware manufacturers enables us to have frequent and meaningful face-to-face discussions that ensure our customers have access to the tech and services they need to run their businesses.

In an industry that continues to consolidate, Dataknox has remained independent. As organizations look to reduce risk and avoid over-reliance on a single provider, we are positioned as a complementary partner, providing redundancy, flexibility and continuity across critical infrastructure services.

That independence allows us to work across a broad ecosystem and design solutions that prioritize resilience and long-term customer outcomes.

Future Goals

When discussing Dataknox’s future goals, Dham explained:

We plan to continue building and expanding partnerships with industry-leading OEMs that deliver unparalleled value and access to ground-breaking technology for our clients.

Through our partnership with QCT, for example, Dataknox recently secured priority access to the QuantaGrid D75H-10U powered by the NVIDIA HGX B300 platform with dual Intel® Xeon® 6 processors.

Partnerships like these connect our clients with the performance and efficiency they need for hyperscale applications and accelerate breakthroughs while reducing costs for customers via on-premise or cloud-based installations.

While we have numerous partnerships in place already, we will continue to expand those and forge new ones to best meet our clients’ ever-growing demands for scalable, flexible and sustainable computing power.

Full-Lifecycle Enterprise IT Support

When invited to discuss another topic, Dham concluded:

Dataknox helps enterprise IT teams regardless of where they need help on the full support lifecycle.

From procurement to sustainable value recovery and decommissioning, we help them fortify their full lifecycle by meeting them wherever they need us.
