Datasite to Buy Data Sourcing Company Sourcescrub

Datasite, a global SaaS provider for M&A workflow automation, has acquired Sourcescrub, a deal-sourcing data company, from Francisco Partners.

This move is part of Datasite’s growth strategy, supported by a $500 million investment from CapVest Partners, aiming to unify data, automation, and execution in its intelligence solutions. Sourcescrub’s capabilities will be integrated into Grata, another recent Datasite acquisition, to enhance customer experience and datasets.

The acquisition advances Datasite’s mission to help M&A professionals improve efficiency with technology, including Blueflame AI, transforming how deals are sourced and executed worldwide.
