Datavault AI Buying API Media In All-Cash Deal To Expand Data Monetization

Datavault AI, a leader in patented data tokenization and monetization technologies, has announced the acquisition of API Media, a New Jersey-based provider of audio-visual technologies and IT services. The all-cash deal, expected to close in December 2025, will integrate API’s event and media expertise with Datavault AI’s Web 3.0-driven platform for secure data monetization.

The acquisition expands Datavault’s footprint in data-driven media, AI-as-a-Service, and enterprise analytics, strengthening its recurring revenue model and innovation capabilities. API’s established relationships with major sports and entertainment venues will complement Datavault’s patented data technology stack.
