Davis Polk has welcomed finance attorney Rob Morrison as a partner in its Finance practice. He will be working out of the firm’s Northern California office, where he will further enhance its capabilities in this critical area.
Morrison brings significant expertise in the finance sector, particularly in representing a diverse array of clients, including agent banks, senior lenders, lead arrangers, investors, and private equity funds. His practice encompasses both secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, as well as direct lending facilities and leveraged acquisition financings.
With extensive experience navigating complex financing structures, Morrison serves clients not only across the United States but also on a global scale. Additionally, he possesses a strong background in infrastructure financing, which adds further depth to his practice.
Before he arrived at Davis Polk, Morrison was a partner in the Debt Finance practice at White & Case, where he honed his skills and built a reputation for excellence in finance law. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, which he earned in 2008, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins University, completed in 2004. His educational background, combined with his professional experience, positions him as a valuable asset to the firm and its clients.
