Daxko announced it has acquired FitnessForce, an award-winning, API-first membership management platform built for multi-location, franchise, and international fitness operators.
FitnessForce is designed for operators managing multiple locations, brands, and geographies. The platform supports local payments, biometric access, tax compliance, WhatsApp-native communications, AI-powered insights, franchise economics, integrated sales and CRM workflows, and enterprise-level reporting.
The acquisition expands Daxko’s global fitness software portfolio and strengthens its position in markets seeing rapid fitness industry growth, including India, the Middle East, Australia, and Southeast Asia. It also enhances Daxko’s ability to serve large U.S. franchise systems and owned multi-location fitness enterprises that require flexible, modern software infrastructure.
Operators can use FitnessForce as a complete platform or deploy it headlessly through its 1,100+ APIs, enabling customers to build customized member and staff experiences while integrating with broader technology stacks. The platform’s AI-powered insights help identify leads most likely to convert, flag members at risk of leaving, and provide leadership with operational answers without requiring manual queries.
Daxko’s broader platform lineup now includes Daxko Exercise for boutique fitness, trainers, and coaches; Daxko Club Automation, Daxko CSI, and Daxko Motionsoft for fitness clubs and multipurpose facilities; Daxko FitnessForce for global, multi-location, and franchise operators; Daxko Operations for nonprofit community organizations; and Daxko Zen Planner for martial arts.
As part of the acquisition, FitnessForce’s team will join Daxko in key go-to-market and engineering roles. FitnessForce founders Hadi Curtay and Quaid Jawadwala will help support Daxko’s expansion in the markets where FitnessForce has established a presence, while also contributing to product and engineering initiatives serving operators globally.
This deal follows Daxko’s October 2025 acquisition of Exercise.com, which expanded its portfolio for boutique fitness, brick-and-mortar and online operators, fitness programming influencers, independent studios, hybrid models, and personal training businesses.
