Daybright Financial has appointed Beau Adams as president, reporting to CEO Megan Schneider. Adams will work with Schneider and Daybright’s leadership team to guide the company’s growth, increase collaboration across its businesses, and advance its health and financial-wellness strategy.
He brings nearly 30 years of experience spanning retirement plan services, wealth management, recordkeeping, third-party administration, and financial services. Adams previously served as president of American Trust Retirement and held senior positions at Horace Mann Insurance Company and Benefit Consultants Group.
As president, Adams will work with Daybright’s segment and enterprise leaders to expand distribution, deepen relationships with major clients and improve the integration of acquired businesses.
Daybright has expanded through organic growth and the acquisition of 67 local and national firms since 2008. The company now serves more than 22,000 employer groups and 3.6 million plan participants through its retirement, employee benefits, individual wealth planning, and compliance businesses.
