DAZN To Acquire EverPass Media To Expand U.S. Commercial Sports Distribution

By Amit Chowdhry ● Sep 1, 2026

DAZN has agreed to acquire EverPass Media, expanding its presence in the U.S. commercial sports market and establishing EverPass’ technology as the foundation for the global launch of DAZN for Business.

EverPass provides premium sports programming to bars, restaurants, hotels, and other commercial venues. Its content includes commercial NFL Sunday Ticket along with sports programming distributed through Peacock, Netflix, Paramount, Apple, and other partners.

The transaction combines DAZN’s global sports content, international commercial distribution, and technology with EverPass’ U.S. commercial distribution operation.

Following closing, EverPass will formally rebrand as DAZN for Business. EverPass CEO Alex Kaplan will continue leading the business while also taking on an expanded role within DAZN.

RedBird Capital Partners, 32 Equity, which is the NFL’s strategic investment arm, and TKO Group Holdings will become minority shareholders in DAZN as part of the transaction.

EverPass holds the exclusive commercial distribution rights for NFL Sunday Ticket, covering live out-of-market Sunday regular-season afternoon games.

The company and DIRECTV also reached a new agreement in July 2026 to distribute commercial NFL Sunday Ticket through satellite and streaming in the U.S.

Beyond the NFL, EverPass distributes sports programming covering the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, MLB, NBA, WNBA, NWSL, NASCAR, PGA TOUR, MLS, Formula 1, and college football and basketball.

It also has distribution relationships with Peacock, Netflix, Paramount, Apple, YES Network, and Chicago Sports Network.

EverPass’ IP-based platform is designed specifically for multi-screen commercial venues. Its technology provides centralized management across screens and locations, smart content scheduling, audiovisual infrastructure integration, commercial-grade streaming devices, and tools for venue promotions and performance measurement.

DAZN plans to invest in expanding the platform’s technology, content portfolio, and geographic reach as it builds a broader global commercial sports distribution business.
