DealHub.io announced it has raised $100 million in a growth funding round led by Riverwood Capital as the company looks to accelerate global expansion and deepen product development for what it calls “Agentic Quote-to-Revenue” in the AI era.
The company positions its platform as an enterprise-grade revenue execution backbone designed to support increasingly complex monetization and go-to-market strategies, including sales-led growth, product-led growth, and self-service motions. DealHub said shifting customer preferences and the rise of consumption, usage-based, and hybrid pricing models are increasing operational complexity for finance and sales teams, putting pressure on legacy CPQ and revenue tooling that can be rigid or disconnected across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
DealHub said it will use the new capital to expand internationally and advance its “Agentic Revenue Hub,” which it describes as an AI-orchestrated approach to revenue operations that can adapt to changing revenue motions and improve real-time visibility into pricing, contracting, billing, and revenue recognition workflows.
DealHub markets its product suite as a consolidated platform that brings together CPQ, subscription management, contract lifecycle management, billing, revenue recognition, DealRoom capabilities, and API-first headless quoting to support a broad set of monetization models, including subscriptions, usage-based pricing, and AI consumption.
