Decube: $3 Million Raised To Build ‘Context Layer’ For Enterprise AI

By Amit Chowdhry ● Jan 30, 2026

Decube, a data trust and context platform focused on enterprise AI, has raised $3 million in a funding round led by Taiwania Hive Ventures, with participation from Iterative and 500 Global. The company said the financing will be used to support global growth, continue product development, and expand across the Asia Pacific region as enterprises push to operationalize AI on top of data they can trust.

Decube positions its product as a “context layer” that sits between raw data systems and downstream analytics or AI applications. The company argues that while many enterprises have invested in modern data platforms, warehouses, and pipelines, they still lack a unified way to explain what data means, where it comes from, how it changes, and whether it should be trusted. Decube says its platform consolidates data understanding into a single system that can surface lineage, ownership, quality, and usage policies without relying on manual documentation or disconnected tooling.

The company said its approach is particularly relevant for regulated and data-intensive environments where AI adoption requires accountability and traceability alongside speed. Decube reported that it already supports customers across regional banks, financial institutions, telecom providers, and global corporates. In Indonesia, it highlighted PT Superbank, which recently went public, as a Decube user as part of its AI foundation to ensure data used for analytics and AI is governed, traceable, and ready for production.

Decube also said it completed the largest data governance-related deal in the region in 2025. With this latest round, the company said it now has $5 million in total funding, and noted additional investors including Orvel Ventures and First Move Fund.

KEY QUOTES

“Decube was founded on a simple insight: enterprises can’t scale AI without a trusted context layer across their data. This round validates what we are seeing at the heart of almost every large business: enterprises are racing to deploy AI, but most are still missing the context layer that makes AI reliable at an enterprise level. This funding allows us to move faster, expand strategically across APAC, and help our clients turn trusted data into production-grade AI, not experiments. We are building the foundation that lets AI actually work in the real world.”

Jatin Solanki, Founder and CEO, Decube

“We were drawn to Decube because of the clarity of the problem they are solving and the strength of the team executing against it. As AI adoption moves from pilots to core enterprise systems, the need for scalable, production-grade data foundations is becoming non-negotiable. Decube is building a category-defining platform with strong early traction in regulated industries, and we are excited to support the company as it scales across Asia Pacific.”
