Deerfield Group, a marketing and communications partner for healthcare and life sciences companies, has acquired Triple Threat Communications (TTC), a strategic marketing agency based in New Jersey.
This acquisition enhances Deerfield’s capabilities in marketing, communications, digital services, and medical communications. Tim Frank, TTC’s owner and managing partner, will join Deerfield’s Executive Leadership team and continue leading client business.
Founded in 2005, TTC is recognized for its award-winning services, supporting mid-sized to large pharmaceutical companies globally. The integration of TTC strengthens Deerfield’s position as a trusted partner and is expected to drive future growth.
This acquisition follows Deerfield’s previous integrations of Verge Scientific Communications in 2022 and Embedded in 2024, bolstering its offerings to a diverse range of clients. Recently, Deerfield was ranked 38th in MM&M’s Agency 100 rankings, with a notable 31 percent growth in 2024.
