Delightree Raises $25 Million To Build Agentic AI Operating System For Franchise And Multi-Unit Brands

Delightree has raised $25 million from Innovius, Accel, Timber Grove Ventures, and Emergent to expand its AI-powered operating system for franchise and multi-location businesses. The financing will support expansion across restaurants, fitness, wellness, retail, healthcare, home services, and other industries with large frontline workforces.

Delightree said revenue has grown nearly 20x since launching its AI-powered operating system a little more than two years ago. Its technology is now deployed across more than 6,000 locations.

Customers include [solidcore], Dunn Brothers Coffee, JETSET, Five Star Franchising, MOOYAH Burgers, and Beem Light Sauna.

The platform consolidates functions such as employee training, compliance, communications, audits, task management, and new-location openings into a unified operating system.

Delightree’s longer-term vision is to move from software that simply tracks operations toward agentic AI that actively helps run them. The company envisions AI acting as a continuous operations manager that identifies problems, assigns responsibility, monitors remediation, and surfaces necessary actions without requiring managers to continually review dashboards.

Frontline employees can also ask operational questions directly, while franchisees can compare labor costs and performance across locations and franchisors can identify launch delays or compliance problems.

Delightree said customers have reduced new-location opening timelines by two to three months, representing at least a 25% improvement for a typical operator, while frontline teams can recover as much as 30% of their time.

The company will use the financing to grow its engineering and product teams and accelerate development of its agentic operating platform.

KEY QUOTES:

“Most software built for multi-unit businesses was designed to track operations, not run them. Operators don’t need another dashboard. They need a system that helps every location execute consistently, from training and compliance to daily operations and performance.”

Tushar Mishra, CEO and Co-Founder of Delightree

“The most powerful thing AI can do for the American economy isn’t eliminate a job. It’s to create an owner.”

Madhulika Mukherjee, Co-Founder of Delightree

“Scaling a distributed business has historically required adding layers of management and operational overhead. Delightree is building a much more scalable operating model for how these businesses train teams, maintain standards, and coordinate execution across locations.”
