Deloitte has announced a major expansion of its alliance with Google Cloud, establishing a dedicated end-to-end agentic transformation practice that incorporates Google Cloud technologies including Gemini Enterprise to support industry and sector transformation. The announcement was made at Google Cloud Next 2026 in Las Vegas, where Deloitte also received six Google Cloud Partner of the Year awards, including for Global Gemini Enterprise, AI in Asia Pacific, AI in North America, Global Industry Solutions, Oracle Infrastructure Modernization, and Global Managed Security Service Provider.
The new practice will deploy Deloitte’s suite of Google AI and agentic assets through its Deloitte Ascend platform, spanning strategy, process redesign, implementation, governance, and adoption. Industry focus areas include retail, healthcare, financial services, and government and public services. Deloitte has developed a library of more than 1,000 pre-built, industry-specific AI agents to accelerate adoption across enterprise workflows, and is connecting these agents to third-party platforms through Google’s Agent2Agent protocol to enable agentic capabilities across end-to-end workflows.
Deloitte’s own internal adoption of Gemini Enterprise is already underway at scale. The technology is currently available to more than 25,000 of the firm’s professionals, with plans to expand to 100,000 licenses. Internally, Deloitte has deployed Gemini Enterprise across several initiatives, including a marketing workflow agentic orchestration engine for its Deloitte Digital creative consultancy, a proprietary Marketing Workbench for its entire U.S. marketing organization, and Scout, an AI-driven personalized learning assistant for U.S. professionals.
To support client deployments, Deloitte is increasing its strategic Google Cloud investments through dedicated Gemini Experience Centers and is teaming with Google to provide forward-deployed engineers to prototype and deliver scaled, industry-specific AI solutions. Google DeepMind will also provide Deloitte with early access to its frontier models, including the Gemini family, with Deloitte’s feedback intended to help refine those models for enterprise use. Deloitte and Google Cloud are already working with Zebra Technologies, a global leader in digitizing and automating workflows, to deliver intelligent operations.
Deloitte’s 2026 State of AI in the Enterprise report shows AI tools are now available to the workforce of approximately 60% of surveyed organizations across major industries, signaling a broader shift from AI pilots to enterprise-scale deployment. The firm has been active in AI for more than a decade and manages AI adoption through its Trustworthy AI framework and Deloitte AI Academy training programs. Deloitte serves nearly 90% of the Fortune 500 and operates across more than 150 countries with approximately 470,000 people worldwide.
