Delve: $32 Million Series A Raised For Building AI Agents For Compliance

By Amit Chowdhry ● Jul 24, 2025

Delve revealed a $32 million Series A funding round led by Insight Partners, with participation from CISOs at Fortune 500 firms. This investment supports Delve’s goal of eliminating compliance busywork by utilizing AI agents that handle compliance tasks behind the scenes.

Since securing $3.3 million in 2024, Delve has rapidly expanded to serve over 500 companies across various compliance frameworks, including emerging AI startups such as Lovable, Bland, and Wispr Flow. The platform has enabled clients to become compliant in days, develop lasting security measures, and close deals faster, without the need for months of tedious work.

Compliance impacts nearly every aspect of a company’s operations, from launching new products to closing major deals. Yet, manual compliance tasks often slow growth instead of supporting it.

Around the world, millions of workers spend their days taking screenshots, updating spreadsheets, and filing compliance documents, resulting in billions of dollars in lost productivity for companies.

Traditional compliance tools are not designed to accommodate the way modern businesses operate. They rely on rigid templates, static checklists, and manual input, which hinder agile teams when speed is essential.

Delve tackles this challenge with an AI-native platform. Its AI agents act as part of the team, understanding company context, managing fragmented systems, and handling complex compliance tasks from start to finish. Instead of adding AI to legacy workflows, Delve was built from scratch by AI researchers from MIT, Stanford, and Berkeley to automate tasks that typically require hundreds of hours of work.

How the funding will be used: With this funding, Delve is deepening its AI capabilities, expanding the team to accelerate growth, and launching support for even more compliance frameworks.

KEY QUOTES:

“Compliance frameworks are standardized. Businesses aren’t. That mismatch is why traditional software breaks down and teams fall back to duct-taped workflows across email, Slack, and shared drives.”

Delve CEO Karun Kaushik

“We’re not just streamlining compliance, we’re helping businesses grow faster. Getting compliant faster unblocks deals, and eliminating the busywork lets teams focus on what actually drives the business forward.”

Delve COO Selin Kocalar

“AI is fundamentally transforming how companies operate, yet compliance is still being managed like it’s the pre-AI era. Since compliance touches every part of how a business runs, from scaling operations to closing deals to building customer trust, modernizing this function can modernize entire organizations. That’s what makes Delve’s approach so important. They’re not just transforming compliance, they’re transforming how companies operate at their core.”
