DemandScience has expanded its leadership team as it scales its AI-driven Precision Performance Marketing business, naming Aislinn Wright as senior vice president of product management and appointing Adam Kocoloski to its board of directors.
The company, based in Danvers, Massachusetts, said the additions come as DemandScience grows its customer base and broadens its product suite aimed at helping B2B marketers navigate what it describes as “phantom signals,” fragmented tools, and one-size-fits-all content that can undermine campaign performance.
DemandScience said more than 900 B2B companies now use its platform, spanning large enterprises and emerging brands. The company highlighted a 2025 rollout of new Precision Performance Marketing offerings, including AI-powered intelligent orchestration and expert services, and said its customer growth and product capabilities were recognized in the G2 Winter 2026 Reports.
Wright joins DemandScience with more than a decade of experience building cloud and data platform products. Most recently, she served as vice president of product management at EDB, where she helped scale enterprise cloud offerings during a period of growth and transformation. Earlier, she held multiple product leadership roles at IBM, including work on Db2 Warehouse on Cloud and IBM Cloud Databases. She holds an MBA from Babson College and a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College.
Kocoloski brings more than 20 years of experience building large-scale data and cloud platforms. He is currently a distinguished engineer at Airbnb, focused on high-performance distributed systems and data infrastructure. He previously served as vice president and CTO of Cloud Data Services at IBM and was CTO of IBM Cloudant. He holds a Ph.D. in physics from MIT.
DemandScience positions its offering as a fully consolidated and managed approach to B2B performance marketing, combining content syndication, advertising, web personalization, email, data services, events, and content creation with an intelligent orchestration platform. The company says its goal is to help marketing teams translate signals into measurable pipeline and revenue impact through a mix of data, human expertise, AI, and multi-channel activation.
