Denison Consulting and Newmeasures have merged to create a combined organization aimed at linking employee feedback more directly to measurable business outcomes.

Effective January 1, 2026, the firms combined through a legal merger under the Denison Consulting, Inc. name. Newmeasures will operate as a Denison Consulting practice, providing employee listening capabilities as part of Denison’s broader organizational performance services.

The companies said the combination brings together Denison’s organizational health research, benchmarks, and predictive analytics with Newmeasures’ experience designing and implementing employee feedback and listening programs. Denison pointed to its Denison Organizational Health Model as a core foundation of its work, saying the model has been used by thousands of leaders since 1998 and is supported by more than 500 million data points from over five million employees across 10,000 client organizations.

Newmeasures, the release said, has worked with hundreds of organizations on employee feedback programs intended to support engagement, open communication, and continuous improvement.

Leadership said the integrated approach is designed to help clients move beyond survey results and toward actionable, predictive insights that connect employee voice to decisions, accountability, and performance improvement.
