Dentons has added Martin Manduľák as a partner in its Banking and Finance practice in Prague, marking his return to the global law firm after serving in a senior in-house position at J&T Banka.
Manduľák advises banks, private credit providers, private equity firms, investment funds and corporations on domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
His experience includes acquisition finance, leveraged finance, corporate lending, project finance, export finance and debt restructuring.
Manduľák previously worked at Dentons from 2012 through 2023 before joining J&T Banka, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and financing matters.
Dentons said his combination of private practice and in-house experience provides insight into the commercial, legal and operational challenges facing borrowers, lenders and financial sponsors.
His return follows the 2025 relocation of English-qualified banking and finance partner Logan Wright to Dentons’ Prague office.
Wright advises on leveraged acquisition finance, project and export finance, structured trade finance, term loan B financings, margin loans and debt restructurings.
The additions of Manduľák and Wright strengthen Dentons’ ability to advise on transactions involving both Czech and English law.
The firm expects this combination to support banks, funds, private equity sponsors and corporations completing financings across Central and Eastern Europe and other international markets.
Dentons’ Prague Banking and Finance team now includes 19 lawyers and four partners.
Globally, the firm’s Banking and Finance practice includes more than 900 lawyers.
