By Amit Chowdhry ● Jun 9, 2026

Dentons US announced the addition of Christina Paul as a partner in its Commercial Litigation practice in Miami, alongside Commercial Litigation counsel Charles Wolf. The duo strengthens the firm’s capabilities in complex business disputes and regulatory matters, particularly across the maritime, transportation, and hospitality sectors.

Paul brings two decades of experience advising clients in the recreational marine industry on new product development, regulatory compliance, boating safety, and vendor and product liability disputes. She also counsels transportation and hospitality companies on mitigating litigation and business risks and has handled complex cases involving multimillion-dollar damages.

Her leadership roles within the industry include appointments to the National Boating Safety Advisory Committee by the U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security in 2021, chairmanship of the American Boat and Yacht Council, and leadership of the National Marine Manufacturers Association’s Boating Industry Risk Management Council.

Wolf advises recreational marine manufacturers, retailers, and dealers on warranty claims, product liability matters, and regulatory issues. He also assists clients with admiralty law matters and interactions with the U.S. Coast Guard and other authorities. In addition, his practice includes real estate disputes, hospitality and leisure industry contract disputes, and claims involving unfair and deceptive business practices.

Dentons said the additions bolster its commercial litigation platform and enhance its regulatory capabilities. Based in Miami, one of the leading hubs for the maritime industry, Paul and Wolf have represented clients in high-stakes matters across the United States and are expected to support the continued growth of the firm’s South Florida presence.
