His practice spans multiple sectors, including financial services, real estate, construction and manufacturing, and also includes related commercial matters for Canadian and international clients in areas such as consumer products and industrial equipment.

Dentons said its Canadian Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy group advises on in-region, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters, supporting lenders, creditors, insolvency professionals and other stakeholders on topics including creditors’ remedies, complex restructurings, debtor-in-possession financing and distressed transactions.
