Dentons announced that Arnaud Troizier has joined the firm as a partner in its Public Law and Regulatory practice in Paris. His arrival strengthens the firm’s capabilities in public business law, particularly in infrastructure, public-private partnerships, concessions, and other public contracts in France and across Africa.

Troizier has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2002 and has more than 25 years of experience advising on public law and regulatory matters. His practice is particularly focused on the infrastructure sector.

He advises industrial companies, investors, financial institutions, and public entities across sectors including public buildings, transport infrastructure, electronic communications networks, industrial facilities, defense, and energy. His work also includes projects tied to waste-to-energy facilities and desalination plants.

Troizier’s practice covers the procurement and performance of partnership contracts, concessions, and other public contracts. This includes contracts involving the occupation of public property, as well as the drafting, negotiation, and finalization of industrial contracts connected with major projects.

He also advises on the sale, financing, and refinancing of public projects. Dentons said this gives him an integrated practice that works closely with corporate and banking and finance teams.

Troizier joins a Paris Public Law and Regulatory team that includes partner Marc Fornacciari, counsel Inès Tantardini, and several associates. The team advises and represents clients in advisory and contentious matters, particularly in transport, infrastructure, energy, public contracts, public policy, and regulatory matters.

Dentons said Troizier brings complementary experience in public-private partnerships and complex contractual structures applied to infrastructure projects. His arrival is also expected to create synergies with the firm’s Paris and global practices across public law, finance, corporate, regulatory, and litigation capabilities.

The addition reflects Dentons’ targeted development of its Paris office around practices that are strategic for public and private sector clients. The firm said Troizier’s profile aligns with its goal of building an offering that can address complex challenges across public business law and infrastructure.
