Dentons Link Legal announced that Aishwarya Samanta has joined the firm as an Associate Partner in its Banking & Finance and Projects practice based in the Delhi office.
Samanta advises banks, financial institutions, and funds on financing transactions across lending structures and arrangements. Her experience includes project finance, private credit and direct lending, structured lending, debt restructuring, and external commercial borrowings, with a focus on renewable energy, power, infrastructure, construction, and real estate.
The firm said she has advised domestic and international banks, financial institutions, and private credit funds on direct lending and uni-tranche structures, syndicated loans, refinancings, and project financings. She has also worked with borrowers and developers on project advisory matters, including tender documentation, PPPs, and consortium arrangements.
Before joining Dentons Link Legal, Samanta worked at Phoenix Legal, where she advised on mandates involving infrastructure financing institutions and developers.
