Dentons announced the appointment of Diarmuid Mawe as a partner in its real estate practice in Dublin, further strengthening the firm’s real estate capabilities in Ireland.
Mawe is an experienced real estate lawyer who advises both domestic and international businesses, including developers and institutional investors across sectors such as retail, logistics, office, and residential real estate. He has built strong relationships with asset managers and banks and is recognized for advising new market entrants seeking to invest in Ireland’s property sector.
In addition to investment and development transactions, Mawe advises on restructuring matters, private equity-led deals, and regulatory developments affecting landlords in the Irish real estate market.
