Dentons announced the appointment of Gordon Anderson as a construction partner in the firm’s Projects practice in Glasgow. Anderson joins Dentons from Addleshaw Goddard, where he was a partner.
At Dentons, Anderson will lead the firm’s non-contentious UK construction practice, which the firm described as a strategically important component of its Projects and Real Estate groups.
Anderson brings 20 years of experience advising on infrastructure, mixed-use development, and regeneration projects across the UK and international markets.
His practice focuses on procurement strategies, development and funding agreements, pre-construction services agreements, construction contracts, consultancy agreements, and warranties.
His client base includes international asset managers and investment firms involved in mixed-use developments, super-prime real estate, retirement housing, and build-to-rent projects.
Dentons said the appointment strengthens its Projects practice, which advises clients on major retail assets, logistics centers, energy projects, infrastructure developments, and project financings across the UK and internationally.
Dentons operates as a global law firm with offices and legal practices spanning multiple international markets.
