Donelan brings a leading mid-market private equity practice, advising financial sponsors and corporate clients across the full investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, portfolio company matters and exits. His experience spans multiple industry sectors and includes advising affiliated platforms, financial institutions, co-counsel mandates, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate work.
The hire aligns with Dentons’ strategy to expand its private equity offering across the UK, Ireland and Middle East region, as well as its broader international corporate platform. The firm highlighted Donelan’s strong track record working with sponsors and portfolio companies in the mid-market segment, along with his established client relationships.
