Dentons Appoints New Sector Leaders To Strengthen Client-Focused Strategy

Dentons has appointed a new slate of Global Sector Leaders as part of its strategy to further align its capabilities with client needs across industries worldwide. The appointments, made by the Firm’s Global Management Committee, are designed to deepen industry expertise and enhance collaboration across its international platform.

The firm said the updated sector leadership framework will strengthen its focus on industry-led solutions by matching subject matter experts with clients through a globally integrated, client-centric approach. Dentons operates across 170 locations in more than 85 countries.

The new Global Sector Leaders will serve three-year terms and work closely with leaders and teams across the firm to advance industry-focused excellence.

The seven global sectors and their newly appointed leaders are:

Consumer Products and Services – Dogan Eymirlioglu, a partner based in Istanbul whose practice focuses on corporate law, M&A, commercial contracts, and franchising, advising Turkish and multinational companies.

Energy and Resources (Energy) – Co-Chair Stephanie Regenold, based in Salt Lake City, an energy and natural resources project development lawyer representing development companies nationally in mining, public lands, and natural resources.

Energy and Resources (Mining) – Co-Chair José Ignacio Morán, whose practice centers on global mining and natural resources, with a focus on environmental and water-related matters, and who serves on the ESG LAC Committee.

Finance – Matt Yoon, a New York-based partner in the Capital Markets practice who co-leads the firm’s Capital Markets regulatory team and serves as Global Financial Institutions Leader.

Industrials, Transportation and Infrastructure – Ilan Dunsky, based in Montréal, National Co-Chair of the Infrastructure and Public-Private Partnership group and a leader in the global Transportation and Infrastructure practice.

Life Sciences and Healthcare – Jean-Marc Grosperrin, a Paris-based partner focused on French and cross-border acquisitions, private equity transactions, and industrial M&A.

Technology, Media and Telecommunications – Todd Daubert, a Washington, DC-based partner who chairs the firm’s Communications and Technology sectors and leads the US Privacy and Cybersecurity team.

Real Estate – Alex Coulter, a London-based real estate partner representing international institutional investors, with a focus on logistics, offices, and data center sectors, and a leader on the firm’s Global Data Center Steering Team.

The appointments underscore Dentons’ commitment to combining deep local insight with global scale while advancing industry specialization across its global footprint.
