Dentons Link Legal has appointed Shradha Sachdev as an associate partner in its Banking & Finance practice, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in project finance and structured lending.
Based in the firm’s Delhi office, Sachdev brings more than 11 years of experience advising corporates, banks, and financial institutions on complex equity and debt transactions. Her work spans project finance, structured lending, refinancing, debt restructuring, and regulatory advisory.
Sachdev has advised banks and non-banking financial companies on financing transactions across infrastructure and energy sectors. She has also played a role in structuring and documenting high-value project financings and has worked on stressed asset restructuring and resolution strategies.
Before joining Dentons Link Legal, Sachdev served as counsel at Trilegal. Earlier in her career, she worked with Advaita Legal and IL&FS in Mumbai, where she gained experience in large-scale infrastructure financing and institutional lending mandates.
The firm said her appointment is expected to further enhance its banking and finance platform, particularly in areas tied to project and structured finance, as it continues to expand its financing advisory capabilities.
