Dentons announced that Brian Rayback has joined the firm as a partner in its Portland, Maine office, expanding its environmental and land use capabilities in the region.
Rayback advises clients on a broad range of environmental and land use matters, including water, air, natural resources, solid waste and recycling, and zoning issues. He provides strategic counsel on permitting, regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, appeals of agency decisions, and legislative matters.
His client base includes energy generators, construction companies, property developers and owners, trade associations, and industrial and manufacturing facilities. Rayback represents clients before federal, state, and local boards and agencies, guiding them through complex and evolving environmental and land use regulations to help keep projects on track.
The addition of Rayback further strengthens Dentons’ presence in Maine, where the firm opened its Portland office in 2022 and has continued to grow its local team.
