Pisut
Dentons is establishing a presence in Thailand through a combination with local firm Pisut & Partners, expanding its reach in the Southeast Asian region. Founded in 2016 by managing partner Pisut Rakwong, Pisut & Partners has 24 lawyers with expertise in dispute resolution, corporate, M&A, employment and competition.
This move comes as part of Dentons’ strategic expansion across Southeast Asia in the last few years, following the combination with the Philippines’ PJS Law in 2023 and Vietnamese law firm LuatViet in 2021. And Dentons also maintains a presence in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Myanmar.
Under Dentons’ Swiss verein model, Pisut & Partners retains control of its operations, finances and leadership while gaining access to the global firm’s resources and talent. And the combination is expected to launch in the coming months following partner approval.
