Dentons has appointed John Goulios as a Partner in its Insurance practice in Singapore, strengthening the firm’s capabilities across Asia-Pacific and globally.
Goulios brings more than 30 years of experience advising blue-chip clients on high-value, complex insurance and reinsurance matters and disputes throughout the Asia-Pacific region and worldwide. His practice spans transactional, regulatory and compliance work, as well as claims, disputes and investigations, with a focus on navigating regulatory and coverage challenges for multinational insurers and corporations.
He joins Dentons from DLA Piper, where he served as Global Co-Chair of the firm’s Insurance sector and previously as Managing Partner of its Singapore office. Over his career, Goulios has built a global reputation as a leading insurance practitioner, combining deep technical expertise and industry knowledge with cross-border solutions.
The appointment is part of Dentons’ broader strategy to enhance its international insurance offering and reinforce its position as a go-to firm for complex, cross-border insurance and reinsurance matters.
