Dentons announced the addition of Ethan Sinclair as a partner in its Infrastructure and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) group in Ottawa, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in advising on complex infrastructure transactions across Canada.
Sinclair brings more than 15 years of experience advising both public and private sector clients on corporate commercial matters, with a particular focus on infrastructure. His work spans the full lifecycle of major projects, including structuring, procurement, negotiation, and implementation of large-scale contractual arrangements.
