Sherwood has a track record of representing contractors in disputes involving the Contract Disputes Act, cost accounting standards, cost allowability and requests for equitable adjustment, among other areas. And his practice covers a wide range of compliance and contract formation issues, including procurement integrity, data rights, mandatory disclosure, bid protests, conflicts of interest, ethics, commercial products/services and other transaction agreements. Sherwood’s litigation experience also includes matters before the Court of Federal Claims, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and the Government Accountability Office.
