Peters’ practice spans high-stakes product liability matters, including mass-tort and toxic-tort litigation involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter medicines, and consumer goods. She also advises on a wide range of commercial disputes such as contract conflicts, restrictive covenant enforcement, antitrust issues, construction matters, and cryptocurrency-related claims.
