Dentons recently announced the addition of Jonathan Shulan to its Litigation practice as a partner and resident in the firm’s St. Louis office. Shulan represents clients in complex commercial disputes and high-stakes insurance issues.
Shulan is a seasoned litigator with national commercial practice, handling a broad spectrum of cases, including banking and lending disputes, business and complex commercial litigation, consumer class actions, construction disputes, corporate transaction litigation, environmental regulatory and compliance matters, ERISA and fiduciary litigation, public finance disputes, noncompete and trade secret litigation, and real estate matters. And Shulan also regularly counsels insurance companies in all phases of insurance disputes, and serves as national coverage counsel and lead trial lawyer in contractual and bad-faith litigation. Plus, he brings extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services to clients in the transportation sector, covering commercial litigation, transactional counseling, environmental counseling and litigation, and outside general counsel support.
