Davis’ practice specializes in False Claims Act litigation, healthcare fraud, consumer protection, and cross-border government investigations. He has acted as lead and national counsel in multi-district litigation and high-profile disputes nationwide.
His notable experience includes securing the first dismissal with prejudice in a civil RICO case for a pharmaceutical company and representing a hospital system in False Claims Act qui tam litigation concerning physician relationships and hospital operations. He has also led defense efforts for pharmaceutical clients in federal False Claims Act investigations.
