And with nearly two decades of healthcare law experience, Morgan brings deep expertise in digital health and health insurance regulatory matters, enhancing the firm’s ability to guide clients through the complexities of a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
Morgan’s career spans private practice and in-house roles, where she has advised a wide range of clients, including health systems, insurers, managed care organizations, digital health companies, and private equity investors. Her practice focuses on Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance, ERISA, HIPAA, state insurance laws, and provider contracting and reimbursement models, including value-based and alternative payment arrangements.
She also guided clients through complex transactions, partnerships and regulatory challenges, bringing a strategic approach to addressing evolving market demands. Morgan previously practiced at Dentons as counsel from 2010 to 2020.
