Dentons has expanded its regional dispute resolution capabilities with the addition of Kyle D. Prescod as Senior Associate in the firm’s Antigua and Barbuda office. The hire strengthens the firm’s Caribbean litigation and dispute resolution offering.

Prescod’s work will focus on corporate governance, employment and labor matters, and complex commercial disputes. He will also support clients in the energy sector, a key growth area for the region. Dentons noted that Prescod has already begun advising on significant client matters since joining, contributing to the firm’s ability to execute legal work across its Caribbean portfolio.

Dentons said that its presence in Antigua and Barbuda remains a major priority as client demand grows across multiple practice areas.
