Dentons Lee has strengthened its international construction practice by appointing Senior Foreign Attorney Ki-Jeung Park and Senior Attorney Kyoung-Ho Kim. Both attorneys have extensive hands-on experience in international construction contracts, disputes, and arbitration.
Ki-Jeung Park, a solicitor admitted in England & Wales, now leads Dentons Lee’s International Construction and Dispute Resolution Group. He has advised on EPC and power plant projects globally, bringing nearly 19 years of experience from roles at Corbett & Co., Yulchon LLC, and a leading Korean construction firm. He is also the author of Understanding International Construction Contracts Law and serves as the chair of SCL Korea.
Kyoung-Ho Kim, admitted in both South Korea and the UK, specializes in international disputes and overseas projects. He has worked with Yulchon LLC, POSCO, KEPCO’s UAE project, Yoon & Yang LLC’s Ho Chi Minh City office, and Onejoon Co., Ltd., handling legal matters for projects in the US, Canada, and other regions.
Their addition creates a fully integrated legal platform at Dentons Lee, providing comprehensive support for international construction projects, from contract execution to dispute resolution.
Dentons Lee has made several notable recent hires to strengthen various practice areas:
1.) Seon Ae Choi joined as a senior attorney in January 2025, bolstering their labor and employment practice.
